My journey into corporate spiritual advising began unexpectedly, while doing what I loved, ministering God’s heart to people. In a conversation with a business owner, I discerned God’s voice in a challenging situation. As I spoke, he recognized the unusual clarity and timing of my words. He saw the value immediately and brought me on as a consultant.

That encounter revealed something I had been doing intuitively for years. Coaching and mentoring sharpened my skills, but I soon realized God was calling me to impact the business world.

Long before stepping into boardrooms, I was shepherding three boys and ministering with the gifts God had placed in me. A profound encounter with the Holy Spirit deepened my ability to call out identity, purpose, and spiritual authority in others. Through traveling ministry and hands-on mentoring, I learned to help people recognize their destiny and walk in it with courage. That same spiritual acuity now informs how I come alongside leaders, blending prayerful listening with practical discernment.

 I don’t approach this work as a business operator or strategist, but as a spiritual advisor who pays close attention to what is unfolding beneath the surface. My role is to listen carefully to God and to people, and to name what’s actually happening spiritually, relationally, and organizationally. I tend to cut through the noise, not by force, but by clarity, helping leaders identify what needs prayer, alignment, or adjustment without overcomplication. Over time, this kind of support creates space for wiser decisions, healthier dynamics, and forward movement rooted in peace rather than pressure.
